Empowering Clients: Education, Coaching, and Experience in Immigration, Notary, and Paralegal Services.

We assist people with Small Claims Court actions, process serving all documents, enforcing judgments, handling Traffic Tickets, and providing support for Immigration matters such as Detention Reviews, Hearings, and Appeals at the IRB. Additionally, we offer services for Record Suspensions ('Pardons') and Joint and Simple Divorces, facilitated by our authorized Paralegal and Paralegal-FLSP professionals.
Our clients have the flexibility to choose whether we represent them throughout the entire proceeding or only for a part of it, known as limited scope, which is available at a lower cost. Our goal is to empower and guide clients through the navigation of our court system.

We assist with notarizing documents and also act as Commissioners of Oaths, providing essential support for immigration-related processes. Our notary services include notarizing Powers of Attorney for individuals selling properties outside Canada, taking oaths and affirmations on Affidavits and Statutory Declarations, handling Travel Consents, Invitation Letters, and certifying true copies of documents, including those requiring Apostille Certificates.
As a fully mobile notary service, we can come to you for all your notary needs. For Ontario Affidavits and Statutory Declarations, our paralegal expertise allows us to commission remotely in most circumstances.
