 With over 35 years of experience, our Licensed Paralegal Team with a complement of legal students and process servers assist people in Small Claims Court actions, process serving, Traffic Tickets, Immigration Detention Reviews, Hearings and Appeals at the Immigration and Refugee Board and Record Suspensions ("Pardons"). Our team functions to work towards achieving clients' goals and treating everyone with respect and professionalism.  We find effective communication to benefit our clients in understanding the process.

 Our clients choose whether we will represent them in an entire proceeding or part of a proceeding to keep their legal fees lower, known as limited scope retainers. We are legal strategists seeking a cost effective solution to clients' court matters using exceptional human relations, organizational, and advocacy skills.  Our first goal is to ensure understanding and guide clients through the navigation of our court system.

 Family Court navigation, Joint Divorces and Uncontested (Simple) Divorces are provided by our Licensed Paralegal, Laurie Marshall, who has Law Society of Ontario Family Law Service Provider ("FLSP") authorization. Laurie has been working with Family clients for more than 10 years assisting with Divorce documents in a compassionate way that ensures clients understand the process and are represented  competently with respect in this often difficult process filing on online court portals and completing documents with accuracy in a timely, cost effective manner.

Immigration Applications including Spousal Sponsorship, Visitor Visa, LMIA, Work Permits, Humanitarian & Compassionate and others are completed by our team member, Karl Marshall, RCIC, in his professional capacity as a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant ("RCIC")  registered with the College of Immigration Consultants at Marmac Immigration Services since Paralegals do not have scope in Immigration Applications. With 10 years of experience helping people come to Canada, Karl works with his clients on the Applications and also represents clients at detention hearings, removal hearings and reviews at the Canada Border Services Agency ensuring competent, professional representation in difficult hearings.
